This is an original acrylic painting on a 10x20 inch canvas painted en plein air in Point Clear, Alabama. The sweet family who owns this property also owns the wonderful girls Christian camp that I’ve worked at for many summers in Rabun Gap, GA. The live oak tree is named after ”the General” which is dedicated in memory of Ben Mckibbons also known as Daddy Mac.
